What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 10kg for weight-based bundles or 20 pieces for hand-picked selections, allowing both small boutiques and large retailers to stock up efficiently.
How do you grade the quality of your vintage clothing?
We use a strict grading system: Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear such as small marks or missing buttons, perfect for rework or budget collections.
Do you offer international shipping within Europe?
Yes, we ship to all European Union countries and the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your specific location.
Can I hand-pick my items?
We offer hand-pick sessions both in-person at our warehouse and via video call. This allows you to select individual pieces that perfectly match your store's aesthetic.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
As is standard in the wholesale industry, all sales are final. However, if you receive items that differ significantly from the grade described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.
Are the items washed and ready for sale?
While we source high-quality items, we recommend that all vintage garments are laundered or steamed upon arrival to ensure they meet your retail presentation standards.
